The Business Developer Utility is crucial in strengthening our international market position, driving exponential growth within the utility segment and aligning within the commercial teams at PVO International. This role requires someone with at least 5 years of experience, able to act as well at senior level as operational level to exceed customer expectations. You are continuously connecting the dots with and for the customer with all departments and parties involved. The ideal candidate will not only develop forward-thinking strategies but also cultivate deep relationships with top-tier utility partners across Europe.
Key responsibilities:
Spearhead the further growth in the Utility segment, solidifying PVO International as the preferred partner in the industry.
Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with top-tier utility partners through advanced relationship-building techniques, leveraging industry expertise and persuasion to drive collaboration and innovation.
Explore and implement innovative business models and revenue streams that challenge the status quo, setting new industry standards.
Serve as a thought brand ambassador for PVO International, representing the organization at industry events, sharing insights, and inspiring impactful change.
Be a pragmatic and goal-oriented leader, fostering a culture of empowerment, accountability, and continuous improvement within the commercial team, and ensuring swift and customer-centric solutions.
Provide strong organizational leadership and drive customer-focused strategies while maintaining a fast-paced and agile approach.

Job requirements
Your profile:
A proven track record in in a similar position, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Strong ability in bringing relevant parties and information together from within PVO, from the market and from the vendors to deliver outstanding customer service.
Based in Europe and willingness to travel extensively across Europe to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
Ability to handle complex legal documents, with a preference for candidates experienced in this area.
Strong sales strategist with an ability to anticipate market trends and capitalize on emergent opportunities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, allowing seamless interactions at all organizational levels.
Pragmatic, results-oriented, with strong organizational skills, able to drive speed and efficiency.
