PVO International is an ambitious European trading and distribution partner in solar power products.We are in a growth phase, focusing on expanding our team and further professionalizing our operations to strengthen our market presence in Germany. As we evolve, we’re seeking a talented Account Manager in Germany (region is flexible) to contribute to our success story in the German market. As an Account Manager for our German GmbH, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the solar industry. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of PVO International’s German operations.

Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including project developers, corporates, distributors, EPC companies, and large residential entities;

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships;

- Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and business goals to provide tailored solutions;Act as the primary point of contact and develop a deep understanding of clients‘ needs and objectives;

- Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities;

- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements;

- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments and competitor activities;

- Provide insights and feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services;

- Position PVO International as a leading distributor in the solar industry across Northern and Eastern GermanyPosition PVO International as a key player in the solar industry within the North of Germany;

- Collaborate closely with the existing German team and Sales Manager to align strategies and achieve common goals;

- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute constructively to discussions about market dynamics and opportunities.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, ideally within the solar or related industries, or significant success in a comparable sales role;
  • Strong industry knowledge and an established network within the solar sector or adjacent fields;
  • Based in Germany;
  • A results-driven mindset, with a proven track record in acquiring clients and closing high-impact deals;
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
  • Fluency in both German and English, enabling you to connect with diverse stakeholders;
  • A respectful, professional attitude in every interaction, fostering strong relationships;
